Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is trending today for the pictures of her photoshoot for Vogue magazine where she stars on the cover with Pharrell Williams. She is slaying in the pictures and has made our Tuesday morning better. Her interview with the fashion magazine is out too where the Fanne Khan actress has spoken about how motherhood and raising her daughter Aaradhya has been keeping her busy. Talking about what a day in the life of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is like, she said, “It’s busy! In the superlative.”

And baby Aaradhya is the reason, as Aishwarya explains, “I spend all my time with Aaradhya, and I have one nanny, by choice. I read comments saying, “Ah, she must have an army of help” and I understand the perception, but I choose this way, which means life is always busy.” But it is not that she doesn’t have her downtime. In fact, she has a very cool mantra to feel charged up and happy even when she is busy. “I respect homemakers for the endless work they do. As far as downtime goes, it’s about perspective—if you believe you’re tired, you will be, so I choose to find pleasure in the moment and experience the present for what it is,” she says, sharing an important mantra that helps her stay positive.

It is also a lesson she wants to arm her little one with. “I’m a firm believer of the state of the mind, and that’s the means to keep your head above a high level of water, every day. That’s something I’m imparting to Aaradhya—that B-positive is not just a blood group and that everything in life is a learning curve. Experience life in the moment, because you’re going to have to live with your experience.”

Wow! Didn’t Aishwarya just give all of us a cool mantra to feel better about whatever s*** and stresses we are going through in our lives? On the work front,  the actress will be seen in Fanne Khan this Eid and before that, we are expecting her to slay it on the red carpet at Cannes 2018 this May.
