Actor-comedian Kapil Sharma, who was off the small screen for quite some time, is returning to Television with his upcoming reality show, titled Family Time With Kapil Sharma. Needless to say, Kapil and his fans are both excited about the former’s comeback on the TV screen. Sharma’s show is touted to be a fun game show, where the members of a family will compete with each other in games and fun activities. According to a report in a leading daily, Bollywood star Ajay Devgn will be the first guest on Family Time With Kapil.
Reportedly, the actor, who will next be seen in Raj Kumar Gupta’s Raid alongside Ileana D’Cruz, will promote his upcoming film on Family Time With Kapil Sharma. According to Pinkvilla’s sources, the actor has already shot for a promo with the stand-up comedian. In a statement to the online portal, a source informed, “Ajay has gone to Delhi with the team of Raid to promote the film, but once he is back, he will shoot for the show. He is slated to shoot the episode on March 13.”
The promo has already been released and we’ve got our hands on this new promo. In the promo, Ajay is seen avoiding calls from the comedian-host, mocking him for keeping his guests waited. He also made fun of the entire controversy related to Kapil and took a dig at his financial crunch. However, things end on a good note as the star agrees to come on the show. This is indeed a great promo that has got us all impatient for the show to go on-air.
Remember, Kapil was earlier in the news for making his guest wait on the sets and not show up? Kapil Sharma reportedly had cancelled shoot with actor Ajay Devgn and his co-stars from the film Baadshaho, while the cast of the film waited 15 minutes for Kapil on the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show and then ‘stormed out’ when he didn’t show up. The makers have already unveiled two teasers of Sharma’s show and both of them have garnered enough attention. With the release of the second teaser, news about the launch date has started doing the rounds over the internet and fans cannot keep calm. As per a report by a leading entertainment portal, this show which is highly anticipated, will launch on March 25 on Sony TV. Watch this space for further updates.
