On the last day of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar was all prepared for the Ganesh Visarjan. All though the Singh is Bling actor was missing on September 23 while his son Aarav led the Ganpati Visarjan proceedings along with mom Twinkle Khanna. But Akshay had a beautiful message to all the enthusiastic religious followers on the last day of Ganesh Visarjan 2015. On Sunday, Akshay wrote a lovely message on Twitter for all his fans and followers which he sent across via his micro-blogging account. The tweet read, “Resting in d heart of my fav. Ganeshji, time 2 bid goodbye. Avoid making unnecessary noise & stay safe during visarjan”. Akshay like a true responsible citizen of the city did his duty of requesting his fans to have a safe Visarjan and not get overboard. Kudos Khiladi Kumar.
The 48-year-old has always maintained his stand clear when it comes to celebration but with a moral responsibility. And this is what we totally love about Akshay Kumar. He had earlier batted in support of opting for eco-friendly Ganesha idols during this year’s annual Ganesh festival. He had requested the people to go for eco-friendly idols despite being costlier than the usual ones but it is a small price to save the nature on a longer run. Brilliant, we must say.

Akshay who has been quite busy with the promotions of his highly awaited upcoming action-comedy film Singh is Bling was not seen with the family when they bid goodbye to their Ganpati. Well, if not Akshay, the world got to see enough of his handsome son, Aarav. The 13-year-old young man, dressed in traditional blue outfit was absolute delight to watch as he assisted his mother Twinkle and grandmother Dimple Kapadia.
