In a recent move, the duo sold an apartment in the upscale Skycity complex, located in Borivali East, for a whopping Rs 4.25 crore. The sale, which was registered earlier this month, involved a luxurious apartment spanning 1,073 square feet of carpet area with two car parking spaces.

According to reports from Square Yards, the transaction was finalized with a stamp duty of Rs 25.5 lakh and an additional registration fee of Rs 30,000. The apartment was originally purchased by Akshay Kumar in 2017 for Rs 23.8 crore, marking a remarkable 78% appreciation in value over the years.
