Alia Bhatt rooted for her half-sister Pooja Bhatt to win the second season of Bigg Boss OTT. She made it to the finals of Bigg Boss OTT 2 but was the first participant to be kicked out of the house. The superstar recently disclosed that she used to watch her sister while binge-watching the show in between her shoot. For the unversed, Mahesh Bhatt has two children from his first wife Kiran – Rahul and Pooja Bhatt. He has Alia Bhatt and Shaheen with Soni Razdan.
In a recent interview with Allure, Alia Bhatt mentioned that she watches a lot of reality TV shows. “There’s this show in India, which is really famous, called Bigg Boss. I mean, it’s a global show, but in India, especially last season in the OTT version, my sister was in it. So I was binge-watching that. You can clock into the live camera and see the house live to see what’s going on live; I found myself doing that in the middle of the shoot and work. But it was really nice because I found a whole new dynamic to my sister that existed before, ” she said.
Alia Bhatt also spoke about watching ‘Too Hot Too Handle‘ on Netflix even when she is tired. “You might say, ‘Oh why aren’t you watching movies which give you some depth, make you learn something about acting and performing,’ but honestly, I just want to sit on my floor, take out my waxing strips and wax my legs while watching Too Hot to Handle, ” she added.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt will be seen in Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala and starring Vedang Raina. She also has Love and War, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and starring Vicky Kaushal and Ranbir Kapoor. Alongside Sharvari Wagh, Alia will also feature in the YRF espionage universe action movie Alpha.
