Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s love story is no new to us. The love birds have been giving relationship goals to everyone with their cuddling chemistry. Recently, on Valentines Day, Virat shared a cute selfie with Anushka on his social media with an adorable message for his lady love. He captions his and Anushka’s selfie saying, “Everyday is a valentine day if you want it to be. You make everyday seem like one for me . @anushkasharma”The picture became a rage on social media with fans sharing best wishes with the couple.

Now, as Valentines Day comes through we get to know that Virat Kohli will be teaming up with Alia Bhatt. Badrinath Ki Dulhania is all set to steal Anushka’s man from her this time and its for a noble deed. Reports state that Alia and Virat have joined hands for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s campaign on gender equality, “We Are Equal”. This campaign is going to take place on March 8, which also happens to be International Women’s Day. In addition to Virat Kohli and Alia Bhatt, few other noted celebrities have given their nod for this campaign. The list includes Priyanka Chopra, Virendra Sehwag (former cricketer) and Mary Kom (boxer). Maneka Gandhi, the Union women and child development (WCD) minister, has launched a campaign to highlight the need to give women equal opportunity in all fields, including education, nutrition, health, safety and dignity on social media recently.

The celebrities joining this campaign will spread this message and create awareness on gender equality with the help of their social media profiles. Every year on March 8, the whole world celebrates International Women’s Day to encourage, respect and appreciate women for economic, political and social growth. But, we wonder why Anushka Sharma is not a part of this campaign. She has always played strong roles onscreen and has promoted women’s growth through her personal contribution to the industry. Her role in NH10 was very inspiring and we loved the way she pulled it off flawlessly. Is Anushka aware that her beau Virat is joining a noble cause with Alia Bhatt?
