Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal Kick-Start Countdown To Raazi With A Picture That Will Make You Fall In Love With Their Jodi

The summer of 2018 is a much awaited one for Alia Bhatt fans. The actress, who has endeared herself to the audience and critics with her effortless performances, playing some of the most interesting characters, will be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi alongwith Vicky Kaushal. The actress is set to play a Kashmiri spy in the film, produced by Karan Johar. The film is based on Harinder Sikka’s novel Calling Sehmat and will have Vicky play the role of a Pakistani army officer who falls in love with Alia’s character during the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war.

The film is all set to release exactly a 100 days later on May 11, 2018 and to kick-start the countdown, team Raazi shared a new picture that reveals Vicky and Alia’s look in the film. The two will give you vintage feels since the film is set in the 70s backdrop and while we have seen glimpses of them from the film, this one has both the lead stars, who play lovers in the film, looking adoringly at each other. With this, our wait to watch the film and to witness the chemistry between this brand new jodi has reached a new level. Apart from Raazi, Alia will also be seen in Gully Boy this year and Brahmastra the next year. Vicky on the other hand will be seen playing a pivotal role in the Sanjay Dutt biopic starring Ranbir Kapoor. He is also a part of Manmarziyaan that also starts Abhishek Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu and a film on the Uri attacks.
