While Bollywood has plenty of multi-starrer films to its credit, one doesn’t come across a film that often, which has an all-female cast. After all, who doesn’t love an out and out chick flick? Well, we are certainly awaiting the Kareena Kapoor Khan-Sonam Kapoor-Swara Bhaskar-Shikha Talsania starrer Veere Di Wedding that’s slated to release on June 1 this year. Alia Bhatt wishes to be part of an all female multi starrer film. The actress has never been part of a multi-starrer movie, except for Udta Punjab and now she wants to team up with the best Bollywood actresses for her next film. The actress was quoted as saying, “I’ve never been offered such a movie. I haven’t rejected a film because it was a two-heroine outing. Instead, I want to do something which has only women. I think we will have amazing camaraderie and it will be a fun film.” Also Read - Alia Bhatt Reminiscences Her Childhood Days As She Plays With Kids in Heart-warming Video | WATCH

Well, Alia is perhaps one of those few actresses who shares a good vibe with almost everyone in the industry. While most actresses don’t share a friendly bond with each other, Alia is different as she is friends with a number of heroines in the industry. “Katrina (Kaif) is one of my closest friends, so we keep talking about doing a film. It’s the same with Deepika (Padukone). It will be amazing to act in a movie with such powerful women. I’ve made a pact with Kat and DP that we will do films together,” she told the leading daily. Now wouldn’t it be interesting to see her collaborate with the two A-list actresses? Katrina, in the past, too said that she wishes to do a Bollywood remake of Thelma & Louise (1991) with the dimpled actress. Alia is also of the opinion that times are changing for women in the industry. She said, “It has become progressive for actresses today. But, there’s still a long way to go. The best thing is that now, they are standing by each other. For instance, imagine Dil Chahta Hai being remade with three girls today. It would be wonderful. I’m game for a good chick flick.” Also Read - Siddhant Chaturvedi On Working With Deepika Padukone: I Am Living Out Of A Dream In Every Possible Way
