Filmmaker Karan Johar‘s little munchkins (twins) Yash and Roohi will ring in their first birthday on February 7, 2018. Karan, who became a father to his twins last year on February 7 (2017), is all pumped up and excited about the big day as his little bundles of joy Roohi and Yash turn one. However, Karan, who is known to throw some of the most star-studded bashes in B-Town, unlike expected, has planned to have an intimate bash for his toddler birthday. Yes, the celebrations might apparently not be a grand affair.

Speaking about the same, Karan had revealed to a leding daily, “It’s a small birthday party at home, with just kids their age. I want to keep it simple and intimate this year.” Reports suggests that the birthday celebrations might be a star-studded affair with all tiny tots of Bollywood making their presence felt with their doting parents. Speaking of the guest list, Saif Ali Khan-Kareena Kapoor Khan’s toddler Taimur Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor-Mira Rajput Kapoor’s little munchkin Misha Kapoor, amongst others, are making it to the party.

A source, in a statement to DNA, revealed, “Karan has already spoken to his friends and invited them and their tiny tots to the party at his home. Though Karan loves spending time with his twins, he is yet to take them to his office. He says, “They’re too small and travelling might get uncomfortable for them. But they will come with me to the office, eventually.” And the babies have their own nursery at Karan’s workspace. “I made it so that even when I’m working they feel at home and are comfortable. It’s also a way of keeping them close to me,” he says.
