A final celebration was held on Monday at Jio World Drive in Mumbai, signalling the end of the festivities surrounding the marriage of billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, the daughter of Encore Healthcare CEO Viren Merchant. This event was only open to Reliance employees and home personnel of the Ambani family, unlike the previous ones.
Anant Ambani, as always, made the gathering grin with his kind remarks, while Radhika Merchant enthralled them with her address in Hindi. Radiant Merchant looked great in a purple lehenga, while Anant sported a gorgeously adorned floral suit.
Employees from housekeeping, security, secretarial, operations, and maintenance departments at Antilia, Sea Wind, Karuna Sindhu, and other Ambani properties were among those invited, according to the Economic Times. To commemorate the happy occasion, thousands of workers and their families joined the celebration. Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar attended the occasion on Monday despite being unable to participate in the wedding or any other associated events due to a positive coronavirus test. The actor was accompanied by his spouse, Twinkle Khanna, a columnist and novelist.

Anant greeted the audience by saying, ‘Jai Shree Ram! A hearty welcome to all of you.’ Welcoming the guests on behalf his my entire family, he thanked everyone for their hard work in planning this celebration of their wedding. There are a lot of JWC team members here, as well as staff from Reliance and H.N. Hospital. “We are deeply thankful to the JWC team, as this entire event has been possible due to their hard work. Let’s give a big round of applause for the JWC team, ” he added.

Anant continued, “Everyone present here at Antilia, including our employees and those from Seawind where I grew up, are like family to us. My brothers, sisters, and parents alike appreciate your presence. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, as it is because of you that we remain safe and our home is well-maintained. Many employees from EPG are also here, ensuring our safety, and for that, we are extremely thankful to them and their families. Additionally, numerous officers and soldiers from CRPF are present, and we owe them our deepest gratitude for their constant readiness to sacrifice for our country.”
He went on to acknowledge the presence of Mumbai Police officials and the media fraternity and continued, “Many employees of the Mumbai Police are also here, and I am equally grateful to them. The media fraternity is present too, and we thank them as well. Without your support, our family would not be complete. You all contribute to our unity and strength, making you an integral part of our family.”
Anant and Radhika got married in a lavish ceremony held at the same location on Friday. Several notable figures from the entertainment business attended the magnificent event. Hollywood actor John Cena, American singer-songwriter Nick Jonas, Bollywood legends Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, socialite Kim Kardashian, and Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Rajinikanth were among the guests.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with superstars including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Rajinikanth, Aishwarya Rai, Madhuri Dixit, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor, attended the ‘Shubh Ashirwad’ celebration held on Saturday by the Ambani family.
