Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has recently been into buzz for his latest movie 102 Not Out and has also been honoured for his contribution towards European and India ties. Now, the legendary actor has shared an adorable picture with daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda. In the caption he mentioned, “I held her hand then… I hold it now…and shall ever do so…Shweta my firstborn”.

In the picture, we can see Amitabh Bachchan holding baby Shweta in her arms and holding her hand. The other side of the photo, Amitabh Bachchan, and Shweta Bachchan is seen walking in the hotel lobby and Amitabh is holding his daughter’s hand. The father and daughter duo looks adorable and in the picture, Amitabh is all suited up. Shweta Bachchan is seen wearing a pink saree.

According to insiders, the post is related to Shweta’s acting debut. Yes, you heard us right! Shweta is making an on-camera appearance in a Kalyan Jewellers commercial. The shoot of this advertisement which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, the brand ambassador of Kalyan Jewellers was at Film City Mumbai for the shoot of the ad. Shweta Bachchan is gearing up for the shoot but is also nervous having been cast opposite her father the Big B himself. When you are cast opposite Big B, it is very likely to have jitters and Shweta will not be an exception.

Now we know, why Bachchan posted this sweet and supportive message to his daughter. Well, we certainly can’t wait to see this father-daughter duo on screen.
Amitabh also tweeted a series of photographs of himself and Kozlowski a few days back. He captioned it: “Thanks to European Union Ambassador to India Tomasz Kozlowski… For bestowing a prestigious award on me from the European Union for being a bridge builder between India and Europe.” Kozlowski thanked Amitabh and said that his contribution towards the ties between both the countries is unique.
