YouTuber Elvish Yadav is currently in Luxor Jail, Greater Noida, arrested in a snake venom smuggling case. He’s been there for four days, and his case is set to be heard on Friday. Two more people were arrested in connection with the case recently, and the police are investigating Elvish’s phones and chats. An old video of Elvish has resurfaced, where he’s heard mentioning various drugs. This has disappointed his fans, leading to backlash and speculation about his involvement in illegal activities. In the video, he can be heard saying, “Cocaine, MD, snake bite, LSD, ganja, hash, cream…kya chahiye bhai?”

In this video, Elvish is taking the names of different types of drugs. Due to this, once again people are trolling him fiercely. However, the video is incomplete. This is why it is difficult to say what the whole matter is in this video.

The Surajpur court has been on strike for three days, delaying the hearing in Elvish’s case. His lawyer stated that the matter will be heard on Friday, with a discussion scheduled for 1 pm.

NDPS Act Removed in Elvish Yadav Case

It was reported the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985) Act, which was imposed on Elvish Yadav, has been lifted by the police. They said it was a mistake on their part. The Police said, “We had imposed the NDPS Act by mistake, it was a clerical mistake.” It’s known that getting bail under the NDPS Act is very difficult.
