Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor falls off horse, collapses on the sets of Mirziya

The budding actor, who makes his debut with the Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra movie, reportedly collapsed after a horse-riding session on location in Jodhpur.

Just yesterday we told of you actor Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor helped his co-star Saiyami Kher in the film Mirziya ride a horse, and now comes the news that Harsh himself fell off a horse! The budding actor, who makes his debut with the Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra movie, reportedly collapsed after a horse-riding session on location in Jodhpur. The shooting was stopped and Harsh was taken to hospital immediately.

Thankfully, the newcomer sustained minor injuries to his foot and skull, and should be fine soon. Dad Anil Kapoor and mom Sunita Kapoor are with Harshvardhan until he recovers. We wish Harshvardhan get well soon!

Mirziya is based the tragic romance of Mirza Sahiban but set in contemporary India. Mehra had said that the film is foray into love stories, after having directed hard-hitting movies like Rang De Basanti, Delhi 6 and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.

Mirziya toplines Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher, the niece of actress Tanvi Azmi. The film began shooting in September 2014 in Rajasthan.
