After Virat Kohli‘s win at the BCCI 2018 Awards function on Tuesday that had his doting wife, Anushka Sharma cheering him on, the much loved couple returned to the city and headed out for a dinner date on Wednesday night. They were spotted in a jovial mood, twinning in black. They kept it casual. While Virat was spotted in a black t-shirt and black jeans, Anushka looked stunning in a black spagetti top and dark blue jeans. They were snapped exiting a restaurant and walking upto their swanky white Bentley. It was in December last year that the couple tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony with only a few close friends and family for company in Tuscany, Italy. Ever since, the couple has been living together in Mumbai. During his acceptance speech on Tuesday, when he received the Poly Umrigar Award at BCCI 2018, Virat mentioned that he’s elated on winning the main award in 2018 as his wife is accompanying him. Furthermore, he said that Anushka’s presence at the ceremony has made the entire occasion all the more special for him. “My wife is here today, so makes it more special. The awards didn’t happen last year but I am Happy they didn’t because now she’s here, so we could attend it together,” Virat said. Now isn’t that sweet? Anushka, on the other hand, returned to Mumbai a few days from the US where she had been shooting with Shah Rukh Khan for her upcoming Anand L Rai film, Zero. The actors were reportedly shooting at NASA and Alabama US Space and Rocket Centre. The actress will also be seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s Ranbir Kapoor starrer, Sanju. Apart from these two films, she will also be seen in Sharat Katariya’s Sui Dhaaga, opposite Varun Dhawan. Her last film, Pari fared mixed reviews at the Box Office.
