Avengers Endgame BO Collection Day 1: Marvel Cinematic Universe Creates History Despite Non-Holiday Release, Grosses Rs 53.10 Crore on First Day

Gripping Indian Box Office in a Tsunami, Avengers: Endgame created a benchmark on the first day of its release this Friday as the thriller collected Rs 53.10 crore on the first day itself. Starring Robert Downey Jr., Brie Larson, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner and Scarlett Johansson, the movie was much-awaited and had even set advance ticket sales records.

On online ticketing platform BookMyShow, the film clocked the highest number of advance tickets sold for a Hollywood film on BookMyShow and was on its way to hit 4 million in ticket sales on the first day of its release on Friday. The film hit a peak of 18 tickets per second on the first day of advance sales.
