It’s Kishore Kumar‘s 88th birth anniversary today. Souls like him are rarely born who stays alive with us till eternity. Everyone is celebrating the legend’s birthday in its own way. Our Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana too paid tribute to the star in the sweetest way possible. Ayushmann is a fabulous singer too, he decided to hum a beautiful song of Kishore Da on his birth anniversary. The song is one of my favourites Rim Jim Gire Saawan. Talking about Kishore Da, his fellow singer and friend Lata Mangeshkar immensely miss him till date. She wrote a heartfelt post for him in his remembrance on twitter, which reads, ” Namaskar.Kishore Da ki aaj jayanti hai.wo jitne acche gayak the utne hi acche insaan the.Mujhe Kishore Da ki kami hamesha mehsoos hoti hai,” which means, ‘Greetings. Its birth anniversary of Kishore da. He was as good a person as a singer. He is always missed.” Isn’t that sweet?
