Beyhadh is getting interesting with the dash of suspense in the story. The complete story revolves around the murder of Ashwin. Earlier also, most of the story was about Ashwin. Ashiwn is the root of Maya’s psychopathic behaviour. He was father of Maya but he never treated her like his daughter. Instead, he had always humiliated and abused her since her childhood. Maya’s childhood was ruined by her father and she grew up to be a difficult adult. She fell in love with Arjun and found a ray of hope in her life. She thought that she has now found someone who will understand her and will help her heal the wounds of her past.
Before, Maya could marry Arjun; Ashwin again stirred a lot of poison in her life. Ashwin tried to reveal her childhood secrets to Vandana. And then finally, on the day of the marriage of Arjun and Maya, Ashwin died. His death was not a natural one but someone killed him. Now, Vandana is really upset with Maya and she never accepted her to be her daughter-in-law as she criticizes her for bringing bad luck to Arjun’s life. Whereas, Arjun loves Maya a lot and he has promised to keep her happy for the rest of her life.
In the previous story, we have seen that how the police took Maya, Janvi, and Arjun to be the primary suspects. Earlier, everyone thought Janvi to be the murderer. Arjun also believed her to be the murderer. Arjun recalled the day of marriage along with Ayaan and concluded that Janvi was missing at the time of murder. Further, Arjun added up that Janvi seems to be nervous whenever the police approached her for the interrogation of Ashwin’s case. He said the same things to Saanjh. Later, the police found more proofs at Ashwin’s place which are against Arjun. This time, Saanjh is also not in favour of Arjun. She tells Arjun that the murder was done with the right hand whereas Janvi is left handed. Then the police have found Arjun’s hair and blood stains at the site of crime.
