In Beyhadh, the new chapter of Arjun and Maya’s love story has begun. Unfortunately, they couldn’t enjoy a single moment peacefully since their marriage as they were entangled in the murder mystery of Ashwin. Ashwin was Maya’s father who used to humiliate her since her childhood. It is because of him that Maya is not like any other girl. She is more aggressive and obsessed. She has been a loner since her childhood as her father used to frighten her friends by telling them that Maya is a psychopath, which is true to some extent. But she was born normal; it was continuous humiliation by Ashwin that altered her personality.
Maya grew up to be a loner but then she found Arjun. Maya is lucky that she found a person who loves her without any conditions. He understands what Maya has been through and he has promised her to give her happiness for the rest of her life. Though, Vandana, Arjun’s mother, is not much happy that Maya is in Arjun’s life. She feels Maya has brought a bad luck to Arjun’s life and she needs to protect her son. She truly believes that Arjun doesn’t understand the reality as he is in so much love with Maya.
Since, the wedding of Arjun and Maya, the police have been harassing them for interrogation and investigations for the murder case of Ashwin. Arjun concludes that it is Janvi who has murdered Ashwin. Arjun, with the help of his friend, made Janvi write a confession letter. Janvi got to know the truth of Arjun and his friend and then she ran to godown. From there, she called up Maya telling her that she knows who the murderer is and she should reach there soon. In the godown, Maya, Arjun and Saanjh were seen looking for Janvi but Janvi kept on hiding from someone. That person is the murderer of Janvi and he tried to scare Janvi. Poor Janvi kept on running away from that mysterious man and she fell from the window of the building.
Later, the police arrested Arjun because they found proofs against him. But then the inspector got to know that Janvi attempted a suicide with a written confession. Janvi has slipped into the state of coma. Anyhow, the court announces Janvi to be culprit. Later, Maya takes Janvi home where she has hired a panel of nurses to take care of Janvi. (ALSO READ: OMG! Finally, Maya and Arjun feel relieved and then they are seen taking the next step of their marriage. They spend a beautiful night together on the terrace. Vandana is still scared and wants to get rid of Maya. But Maya tells her that now Arjun belongs to her and she should accept Maya otherwise Vandana may lose Arjun forever. The story still seems to be complicated as Janvi is surely not the culprit, but it seems like it is either Maya or Arjun who killed Ashwin. Keep on watching Beyhadh to unveil the mystery of Ashwin.
