Bhojpuri Actor Amrita Pandey Found Dead in Her Apartment in Bihar, Shared Cryptic Post Hours Before Death

Bhojpuri Actor Amrita Pandey was found dead at her home in Bihar. Before the death, the actor shared the a cryptic post as her WhatsApp status.

In shocking news, Bhojpuri actor Amrita Pandey was found dead in her apartment in Bihar’s Bhagalpur. The news was shared by police and the cops suspect that the actor died by suicide. Meanwhile, the investigation into the matter is underway. However, what caught netizens and people’s attention was the cryptic post that the actor shared on her WhatsApp status before her death. 

The WhatsApp status of Amrita Pandey stated, “Do naav me avatar thi uski zindagi, humne apni naav duba ke uska safar aasaan kar diya” (His/her life was sailing on two boats, we made the journey easy by sinking one). Though cops have not recovered any suicide note.

According to Amrita’s family, the actor was not doing fine for a while. She was constantly worried about her work as she was not getting enough work. The family revealed that the actor was suffering from depression and was also undergoing treatment for the same. For the unversed, Amrita stayed in Mumbai with her husband, Chandramani Jhangad, an animation engineer. Back on April 18, she went to Bhagalpur to attend her sister’s wedding. While her husband came back to Mumbai, the actor chose to stay in Bihar. 

Meanwhile, according to Jogsar police, they received a call on April 27, 2024, and the Stationed House Officer (SHO) Krishna Nandan Kumar Singh, SI Rajiv Ranjan and Shakti Paswan reached the spot soon after. The police recovered the actor’s body from her bed. When police had a conversation with Amrita’s family, they revealed that the actor went to her room at 3:30. The actor’s family also claimed that Amrita enjoyed her sister’s wedding thoroughly and no one could have imagined what would happen next.
