According to Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 3.25 crore on its sixth day, bringing its domestic total to Rs Rs 40.50 crore. On the worldwide front, the film has surpassed Rs 45 crore mark, reflecting strong word-of-mouth and growing popularity. Apart from the lead stars, the film also features Raghubir Yadav, Seema Pahwa, Zakir Hussain, Sanjay Mishra, and Ishtiyaq Khan in pivotal roles.
‘Kesari Veer,’ a historical war drama featuring Suraj Pancholi, Suniel Shetty, and Vivek Oberoi, released on May 23. The film has struggled to find its audience. Despite its star cast and grand visuals, the film managed to do a business of Rs 16 lakh on day six, bringing its total earnings to just Rs 1.39 crore.
The horror-comedy ‘Kapkapii’, directed by late Sangeeth Sivan and starring Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, and Siddhi Idnani, has also underperformed at the theatres. Released on the same date, the film managed to collect only Rs 12 lakh on its sixth day, bringing its total domestic revenue to Rs 1.27 crore. Its worldwide collection stands at approximately Rs 1.54 crore. For the unversed, it was a remake of a Malayalam film ‘Romancham’ helmed by Jithu Madhavan.
2025’s most anticipated crime-thriller ‘Raid 2’, featuring Ajay Devgn, Vaani Kapoor, and Riteish Deshmukh, continues its steady run since its release on May 1, 2025. As per Sacnilk, film has earned Rs 75 lakh on its 28th day, with a total domestic collection of Rs 164.45 crore. Worldwide, ‘Raid 2’ has crossed the Rs 190 crore milestone, proving to be a commercial success with sustained audience interest.
On the international front, Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise starrer ‘Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning’ is enjoying phenomenal success at the box office. The eighth installment in iconic action-thriller series was released in India on May 17, 2025, and has been performing well ever since. On its 12th day, the film earned Rs 2.15 crore in India, pushing its domestic total to Rs 79.50 crore.
Impressively, its worldwide earnings have now crossed the Rs 1800 crore mark, making it one of the highest-grossing films of the year 2025. The performances in the films have received huge round of applause from everyone along with the action choreography team for pulling off many dangerous sequences, which have been done by the real action hero himself.
