1. Rohan Mehra – Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

The popular Star Plus show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ has now lost its charm. As, the main lead actress Hina Khan aka Akshara left the show and her fans went crazy over it. Since, then the show is not able to gain their lost TRP rating and it seems as if Hina’s exit has somehow affected the show ratings. Now, there is some bad news for all Rohan Mehra’s fans out there. We heard that the Bigg Boss 10 celebrity contestant Rohan Mehra will be replaced. As, the chocolate hero is in Colors TV reality show ‘Bigg Boss 10‘.

It seems as if the makers of the show do not want to put the character of Naksh on hold. According to a source of Times Of India, “Naksh’s character was put on hold, because we were busy chalking out Hina Khan’s exit. Now that the track will start focusing on Naksh once again, we have decided to rope in another actor. The hunt is on. We can’t keep the character hanging in balance anymore. Also, we aren’t keen on having Rohan back since he exited our show in an unprofessional manner. He left us in the lurch by deciding to participate in the reality show overnight.” Even Rajan Shahi, the producer of the show confirmed the news and said “Yes, we have started our search for new Naksh.”

2. Mihika Verma – Yeh Hai Mohabbatein

Mihika Verma, who played the character of Mihika Iyer in Star Plus love-hate saga Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. The diva got married to US-based businessman on April 27 this year. Later on the actress quit her television career and shifted to New Jersey along with her husband and is currently enjoying her married life.

3. Karan Mehra – Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Karan Mehra who played the lead character of Naitik Singhania on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for 8 years. Karan bid adieu to his long running show due to serious health issues and shot his last episode on June 10 post which his Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai journey came to an end.

4. Shilpa Shinde – Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain

The famous and popular character Angoori Bhabhi was played by Shilpa Shinde, who quit her comedy show. She said that the makers of the show were mentally tortured her and did not give her a raise in her salary. The actress even said that the producers had asked her to sign a contract wherein Shilpa couldn’t work in any other shows.

5. Hina Khan – Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Hina khan, who played the character of Akshara in the popular show, bid adieu to her show. The actress said, “Yes, I am quitting the show this month. With heavy heart my journey in Yeh Rishta has come to an end. Ofcourse, I know people are emotionally attached but everything has a saturation point.”“I want to progress in my life. Many times I have said I am gonna part of this show but Rajan Sir has taught me that never say never,” Hina further added. Bidaai actress Parul Chauhan who is popularly known as Ragini has replaced Hina Khan from the popular show. The actress became the talk of the town since a while. Yes, the actress has grabbed lot of eyeballs since last couple of months for quitting the show. Within no time, Hina Khan became a household name and she has a huge fan following.

6. Raqesh Bapat – Bahu Humari Rajni_kant

Actor Raqesh Bapat replaced Karan V. Grover in the show, which is aired on Life OK. Raqesh said in a statement: “It is always a challenge when you start something new. Especially a show like this that people have loved and appreciated ever since it began. I look forward to doing comedy for the first time and I know it’s going to be a very exciting journey for me. As actors, we thrive on newness and that’s what this show will do for me.” “There will be some changes to Shaan as a character. I am very excited to explore what the creatives are working on. Karan is a friend and he was really good I his part and I wish him tremendous success in everything that comes his way,” he said.

7. Mahek Chahal – Kawach

The most popular show ‘Kawach’ which was aired on Colors channel featured Mona Singh, Vivek Dahiya and Mahek Chahal in the lead role. Sara Khan was roped in by the makers of the show and played the character of Manjulika, the main antagonist. Mahek met with an accident and tore a ligament due to which she fractured her knee just weeks before the launch of the series. The producers of the horror series thought the actress would recover soon but now it seems as if Mahek is unable to cope with the busy hectic schedule of the show. The actress said, “I’m not aware of this news. This show is important for me and I would have liked to continue. Of course, my health is priority. I want to meet the producer, Ekta Kapoor, to update her personally about my status. My physiotherapist was shocked to learn that I had been shooting despite being advised complete bed rest.”

8. Pratyusha Banerjee – Balika Vadhu – Kacchi Umar Ke Pakke Rishte

Actress Pratyusha Banerjee bid adieu to the show and within no time she became the household name.
