What impression is Hina Khan trying to leave on us?

Bigg Boss 11 contestant Hina Khan has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. Hina has been one of the most controversial contestants on the show. This woman might be the only female celebrity in the history of Bigg Boss to have earned respect with her adorable character on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, only to destroy it on an international TV show Bigg Boss 11. However, after watching Hina Khan on Salman Khan’s show, one thing is clear that she is certainly not here to make her career.

Every time Hina opens her mouth, she has to say something controversial. I wonder if she says it without realising that millions of people are watching and judging her for the person she is or is she deliberately trying hard to win the show with these antics. Except for Hina’s fans and her boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal, everyone is clearly able to see how wrong she is. From making statements like South industry prefers only bulging women, body shaming her co-contestants on Bigg Boss 11 to calling Sakshi Tanwar cock-eyed and saying things like Gauahar Khan is less popular than her, the actress has just lost respect and no wonder celebrities from the telly land are taking to Twitter to troll her. I believe, this is too much of over-confidence for a woman who has just appeared on one show. Agreed that the actress has a humongous fan base but by doing all of these she might just reduce the number of fans she has. After doing Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Hina has garnered popularity for the character she essayed on the show but with her unpleasant behaviour on Bigg Boss 11, she has proved it that she is not even remotely close to what she was on the show. Not just that she has also turned her audience and friends from the telly land against her. Recently, we saw how Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor Karan Patel, Karan’s co-star Aly Goni, Kishwer Merchant, Bigg Boss 10 winner Manveer Gurjar took a jibe at her. Karan even called Hina ‘fake’, ‘sadistic’ and ‘sick’.

Even eliminated contestant Benafsha Soonawalla, who became best friends with Hina in the Bigg Boss house, hates her so much that she took to her Instagram handle to express her love for Shilpa Shinde and regret being friends with a fake person (Hina). Ben, post her elimination, binge-watched the show and now supports Shilpa Shinde, who actually is a better person in real life. Hina’s 90-day stay in the house will definitely change things for her but not in a positive way.
