Our all-time favourite TV reality show is back, this time with a massive twist! Yes, we’re talking about Bigg Boss 19, and it’s all set to shake things up. Fans streaming on JioCinema or Hotstar will get a front-row seat ahead of everyone else.
In a game-changing move, the makers have announced that each episode will drop a full 90 minutes before its telecast on Colors TV, giving OTT viewers a serious edge. So, if you’re someone who hates spoilers or lives to post the first reaction meme, you know exactly where to tune in. With this head start, Jio’s streaming platform might just become the new BB battlefield.
Recently, a new promo video dropped, unveiling the show’s latest logo, this time, a vibrant multicoloured eye that seems to hint at the emotional rollercoaster and dramatic clashes ahead. The official pages of JioCinema and JioCinema Reality shared the teaser on Instagram, captioned, “Countdown hogaya hai shuru, hoga chaos unlock soon!” urging fans to stay tuned as the madness brews.
If reports from Screen are anything to go by, this season might kick off with around 15 contestants, with a few wild card entries—about 3 to 5—joining the mix later. While the official line-up is still under wraps, names like Ram and Gautami Kapoor, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Munmun Dutta, Alisha Panwar, Anita Hassanandani, and Ashish Vidyarthi are being speculated. Social media creator Apoorva Mukhija and YouTuber Flying Beast (Gaurav Taneja) are also rumoured to be in the mix.
One big mystery still remains—will Salman Khan return to host? That, along with the full contestant list and the show’s theme, is something fans are eagerly waiting to find out.
