Salman Khan’s TV reality show Bigg Boss 9 premieres tonight on Colors, and one of the firsts on the show this time is that renowned news anchors have been brought in to grill contestants. The show as begun and as Salman ushers in contestant pairs one after the other, they have to face some questions from the tough talking news anchors! This is something new on Bigg Boss and the poor contestants get grilled in the first episode itself, and that too, from these media persons.
Bigg Boss‘ official Twitter handle tweeted, “Watch eminent news anchors grill the #BB9 participants for the first time in the history of #BiggBoss!”
The news anchors who feature on Bigg Boss 9 in its premiere episode are Sweta Singh from Aaj Tak, Saurabh Sharma from Aaj Tak, and the notorious Dibang from ABP News. Contestants who have made an entry into the Bigg Boss 9 so far are Rimi Sen, Aman Yatan Verma, Suyyash Rai, Kishwar Merchant, Digangana Suryavanshi and Roopal Tyagi, Yuvika Chaudhary, Vikas Bhalla and Prince Narula.
The news persons grilled TV host and actor Aman Verma, asking him about his controversial past where he was caught in a sleazy act in a sting operation. Aman was cool about his past and is not worried about people asking him questions regarding it. According to him, any publicity is good publicity and he is all set to take on the Bigg Boss 9 contestants!
Bigg Boss 9 premiere episode began with a bang, with Salman Khan making an appearance in his new look from the movie Sultan. His anchoring skills are on a new high and it is obvious that he is enjoying himself. The Bigg Boss 9 premiere show began with a performance by Salman’s ladies Daisy Shah (his co-star in Jai Ho) and former Bigg Boss contestant Ellie Avram.
