Kalank: Sonakshi Sinha Joins Alia Bhatt on Stage as Latter Swirls to ‘Ghar More Pardesiya’ – Watch
Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur and Varun Dhawan cannot stop grooving as they promote their film Kalank.
Kalank actors Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Madhuri Dixit Nene and Sanjay Dutt are leaving no stones unturned in promoting their film which is set to release on April 17. The actors were recently at The Kapil Sharma Show promoting their film when Alia swirled to ‘Ghar More Pardesiya‘ and Sonakshi joined her.
Alia who has been flaunting her Kathak moves which she especially learned for the film in almost everywhere she is going for promotions once again swirled to ‘Ghar More Pardesiya’ in The Kapil Sharma Show. Her co-star Sonakshi too joined her on stage and swirled along. Sonakshi took to her Instagram stories to share boomerang of the videos. Alia later reposted it from her Instagram handle. In another video shared, Varun and Aditya danced with the girls.

Earlier, a video of Alia swirling to ‘Ghar More Pardesiya’ during the promotions went viral on social media. She was seen donning an off-white Anarkali suit.
The trailer of the film was released a few days ago and received a lot of appreciation from the audience. The film was originally conceptualised around 15 years ago by late Yash Johar and his son Karan Johar, who has bankrolled the film.
The film’s title track also garnered positive response from the audience. It is an intense soulful song composed by Pritam and crooned by Arijit Singh. Earlier the makers released ‘Ghar More Pardesiya’ and ‘First Class’.
Kalank is a period drama set in the 1940s, in the era of India-Pakistan partition. The team even traveled to Kargil to shoot a few scenes.
Directed by Abhishek Varman, produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala, Hiroo Yash Johar, and Apoorva Mehta, and co-produced by Fox star studios, the film is slated to release on April 17.
