Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Is Upset With Fanney Khan Makers For THIS Reason

The Aishwarya Rai Bachchan–Anil Kapoor–Rajkummar Rao starrer, Fanney Khan, is all set to release on August 3 this year. The film’s teaser is expected to be out today and will be attached to Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju that is slated to release on June 29, 2018. Fanney Khan first made news for being the film that will reunite Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya on screen after 17 years. It then made news for a reported fall out between the film’s producers, Prernaa Arora nd Bhushan Kumar. The film is however back on track now.

Well, last week the film’s crew reportedly met up to shoot a song in a suburban studio. While everything was fine, at first, Aishwarya it seems wasn’t too happy with the song’s lyrics. The makers later changed them accordingly. However, the Bollywood diva is still quite miffed with the producers and this time the reason is the amount she is drawing for the film. A source close to the actress exclusively told Pinkvilla that when Aishwarya was brought on board, she was told that she would draw the highest salary in the film.

But when she got to know last week that her fellow co-stars were drawing the same amount, she got visibly disappointed. The source told the leading entertainment portal. “Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was told on signing the project that she would be getting the highest remuneration. Naturally, she was very happy. But last week when she got to know how much Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao have been drawing for this movie, she got miffed. She felt betrayed and decided to meet the producer and discuss with him. A meeting has been fixed up in the coming week and hopefully the matter will be sorted.”

Whether that was just another technique used by KriArj Entertainment (the film’s earlier producers) to get the actress on board or something else entirely, will be known to us only in time. But one thing is certain —Aishwarya is mighty upset with the producers. Watch out this space for more updates.
