Actor Deepika Padukone has been shooting for her upcoming film Chhapaak in Delhi. Now, the new stills of the actor from the sets of the Meghna Gulzar directorial have emerged. Deepika looks striking in the role of acid-attack survivor Malti the way she looked in the first poster of the film, that released a few days back. In one picture, the actor can be seen walking on the streets of Delhi with pride in her eyes. She is dressed up in a yellow kurta and basic blue denim. The other picture has her acknowledging the fans as she waves out from her car. One of Deepika’s fan clubs on Instagram has shared the pictures. This alone shows the kind of hardwork going behind maintaining the actor’s look for the film. She looks like the exact replica of real-life acid-attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, on whose life the Chhapaak is based.
