Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma and Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli have been in New Zealand for the India tour. Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka Sharma is currently active as a producer and might not be seen on the silver screen this year. As per the latest reports, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actor’s production company, Clean Slate Productions, will produce a Netflix original supernatural thriller titled Bulbul. The film will be directed by Anvita Dutt Guptan and it is said to be a costly period film that looks at old-age beliefs and superstitions, set in Kolkata.

The reports also suggest that she might have just given a nod to her next film as rumour has it that she is expected to play the role of a cop in her next.

Anushka Sharma was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s movie Zero alongside actors Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif where she played the role of a scientist who is suffering from cerebral palsy.
