Actor Kartik Aaryan has shared a funny post to wish #HappyWomensDay to her mother and other strong women. The actor, who’s currently enjoying the successful run of his latest release film Luka Chuppi at the Box Office, took to social media and shared a meme in which he superimposed his mother’s photo and his face on a still from Baahubali: The Conclusion. The actor shared the photo and wrote in the caption and wrote, “To the Strongest person i know

And Happy Women’s day to all you Strong Women out there ❤️#HappyWomensDay” (sic)

Kartik has emerged as one of the most loved young stars of Bollywood after his performance in the Pyar Ka Punchnama series and Sonu Ke Teetu Ki Sweety last year. Luka Chuppi, in which he is paired with Kriti Sanon has been received well by the audience. Kartik has now reportedly started working on director Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2 in Delhi with Sara Ali Khan. The two were, in fact, spotted shooting for the film at a club in the capital. Meanwhile, in an interview earlier, Kartik had revealed how his mother always wanted him to finish his education first before trying his luck into the movie business. He even revealed that his mother hasn’t been able to fathom out that he is a legit star now.

Talking to Hindustan Times in an interview recently, he called himself a ‘reflection of his mother’. He said, “She is my best friend — the strongest woman I’ve ever known in my life. She’s supportive, independent and from my childhood days till today, I’ve seen her struggles and I think that has made her stronger. The positive attitude she has towards everything even if it’s not working, I’ve adopted the same. I am a reflection of my mother.”
