He took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, “#Kedarnath has a good weekend, witnessing substantial growth on Day 2 [34.48%], but limited growth on Day 3 [10.26%]… Sustaining well from Mon to Thu is pivotal… Fri 7.25 cr, Sat 9.75 cr, Sun 10.75 cr. However, we have to wait a little longer to see how the movie performs in the coming days as it is getting a tough competition from Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar’s 2.0.

Kedarnath is a love story of a Hindu girl and a Muslim boy set in the backdrop of the devastating 2013 Uttarakhand flood.

On a related note, Sara will next be seen in Ranveer Singh starrer Simmba. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty and is all set to hit the screens on December 28. Sushant will next be seen in Sonchiraiya which also features Bhumi Pednekar in a pivotal role. It is scheduled for February 8 release.
