Madhuri Dixit’s First Look From Kalank Out, Actress is a Picture of Elegance as Bahaar Begum

Madhuri Dixit looks formidable as Bahaar Begum in the movie that had been conceptualised by Karan Johar and his father Yash Johar around fifteen years ago.

The makers of movie Kalank have been releasing one poster after another showcasing the stars in the characters that they are playing. A day earlier, posters of actors Varun Dhawan as Zafar, Aditya Roy Kapur as Dev Chaudhry and Sanjay Dutt as Balraj Chaudhry had been released. They were followed by posters of actresses Sonakshi Sinha as Satya Chaudhry and Alia Bhatt as Roop. Now another poster has been released showing actress Madhuri Dixit as Bahaar Begum.

Looking elegant in red, Madhuri had shared the poster on her Twitter page with a caption, “It was my honour to play such an enchanting character. Here’s Bahaar Begum!” Dharma Productions too had shared the poster on their Instagram page with a caption, “She would walk alone in darkness than follow anyone else’s shadow. Bahaar Begum.”

Earlier when Sonakshi’s poster was released, the makers had shared it on social media with the caption, “She symbolises the elegance & grace of a woman. Presenting Satya!”

Alia’s poster showed her dressed as a bride with the makers captioning it, “Resilient at heart but everyone has a chapter they don’t read aloud. Here’s Roop!”

Mesmerising is how all the ladies looked in the posters of the movie that had been conceptualised by Karan Johar and his father Yash Johar around fifteen years ago, and which is being directed by Abhishek Varman and produced by Karan’s Dharma Productions.

Kalank will also have actors Kunal Khemu, Hiten Tejwani, Kiara Advani and Kriti Sanon with the latter two making a special appearance in a song. The movie is scheduled to be released on April 19, 2019.
