Manmarziyaan: Anurag Kashyap Directorial Release Date Declared, To Hit Theaters Soon

Anurag Kashyap directorial Manmarziyaan is all set to hit theatres on September 21

The most awaited film of Anurag Kashyap, Manmarziyaan will hit the screens on September 21. Producer and filmmaker Aanand L. Rai, who is presenting the movie, announced the release date on Friday on Twitter. He shared a colourful poster of the film and captioned it: “‘I don’t want to die without a few scars’! This is how I define Anurag Kashyap and his brilliant actors on the journey of ‘Manmarziyaan’, Abhishek Bachchan, Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu! On September 21, meet the guts.”

Starring Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal, this is the first time Abhishek will be collaborating with Taapsee and Vicky for a project. Apart from Aanand, the three actors shared the poster too. Taapsee captioned it: “An ‘insane’ ride is about to begin…’Manmarziyaan’.” Vicky, on the other hand, captioned it, “Fri-nally humara Friday aa gaya (Finally, our Friday has come)! ‘Manmarziyaan’ releasing September 21.” In an earlier interview to IANS, Taapsee had said Manmarziyaan is a beautiful mix of the different worlds of filmmakers Rai and Kashyap.

It is after two years that Abhishek is making his comeback to films with Manmarziyaan. Earlier after wrapping up the film, Abhishek shared an emotional note that said,  “Making a movie is a journey. The best thing about films is, the journey will always live on forever. As this part of the journey of #Manmarziyaan comes to an end…. Thank you @anuragkashyap10 for entrusting me with Robbie. I hope I can repay your trust, belief and faith in me. I hope I make you proud. And as and when you look back on this journey, my victory would be if you smile….” Fans are now looking forward to watching the film on the big screen.
