Shah Rukh Khan starrer, Zero, directed by Anand L.Rai is a film based on Dwarfs. Two para-badminton players Mark Dharmai and Disha Pandya, are in the hope that the film changes the perception about those who face this medical condition. Mark and Disha made their appearance on a Star Plus game show, “Sabse Smart Kaun?” to convey that dwarfism has not stopped the two from achieving their dreams, they said in a statement. Dharmai holds number 3 position in the para-badminton doubles and Pandya is a national level badminton player and a creative head at an FMCG company. “We did not come (to the show) with a motive to win money but to win hearts and I hope we did that. People have a certain perception about us and we want to change it. Shah Rukh Khan and Aanand L. Rai are coming up with their movie Zero and it is based on people like us (dwarfs). We really hope with a personality like SRK, people see us differently,” Dharmai stated. The duo seemed to enjoy their time on the show hosted by Ravi Dubey. Praising the show Pandya said, “Ravi is the coolest host we have met. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, the film also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in pivotal roles but the highlight of the film is SRK’s character. The filmmaker on Wednesday took to the micro-blogging site to share a caricature of Shah Rukh’s character from his upcoming film Zero. Alongside the caricature of Shah Rukh, Rai wrote on Twitter, “I really don’t know whether it is this fantastic person or the magical actor in him who brings a smile on my face and happiness on the sets. Love you Khan Saab Shah Rukh Khan. Have enjoyed every moment of filming ‘Zero‘!” Dharmai is currently preparing for the Asian Games while Pandya, on the other hand, is practising for her first international tournament. Zero, written by Himanshu Sharma, is a story that celebrates life.  The film marks the reunion of Shah Rukh, Katrina and Anushka after Jab Tak Hai Jaan, which released in 2012. The movie is slated to release on December 21, 2018.
