On the professional front, Salman Khan will soon be seen in Dabangg 3. A few days ago, the film’s team has wrapped up their Maheshwar schedule. To share the news, Salman took to his Instagram to share a picture of himself in Chulbul Panday’s avatar and captioned it, “Finally #maheshwar schedule over #dabangg3 @prabhudheva@arbaazkhanofficial@nikhildwivedi25.”.
There were controversies surrounding the film while the team was shooting in Maheshwar.
Earlier, reports suggested that Salman Khan has been issued a notice by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) for damaging antique figurine while shooting for the film. The ASI ordered Salman and his crew to remove two set pieces of the film which were being constructed inside the Jal Mahal in Mandu, Madhya Pradesh.
Directed by Prabhudheva, Dabangg 3 is slated to release in December 2019. This will be the second time Salman and choreographer Prabhudheva are collaborating. The film also stars Arbaaz Khan and Sonakshi Sinha in pivotal roles.
Aishwarya, on the other hand, was last seen in Fanney Khan with Rajkummar Rao and Anil Kapoor. The film could not perform well at the Box Office. Reports suggest that the actor will be working with Mani Ratnam in his next. Earlier, DNA quoted a source as saying, “It’s a big-budget historical drama, which is being planned on the lines of the Baahubali franchise. It’s likely to be a bilingual project and star several other big names from the South Indian film industry”.
