Actor Tiger Shroff had an early debut in Bollywood with Heropanti (2014). This means that he couldn’t continue his studies properly and even though he is playing a character who’s enrolled at a fancy school in Student of The Year 2, Tiger humbly admits that he could never have a chance to experience college life in real. The actor reportedly opened up on The Kapil Sharma Show where he appeared for the promotion of his film with co-stars Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria. When host Kapil asked him about the difference between colleges in real-life and the college as shown in the Dharma Productions’ film, Tiger was comfortable to reveal that he never went to a college, therefore, he won’t be able to draw a parallel between the two kinds. A report in Mumbai Mirror quoted Tiger talking about the song in the film that stars Alia Bhatt with him. The actor is of the opinion that Alia is a big star and yet she showed brilliant dedication and no reservation in dancing alongside him in the Hook Up song from the film. He told the daily, “Working with Alia was an amazing experience. As shown in the trailer of the film, Student of The Year 2 has got all the elements of a typical Tiger Shroff film – larger than life action, drama, scintillating dance and romance. The actor plays the character of Rohan who’s a Kabbadi player. Earlier, various media reports suggested that Tiger had to train himself very hard for the role in the film. He reportedly took strict Kabbadi classes from professionals for two months to polish his skills.

Student of The Year 2 is the second part in the popular youth franchise. The first film brought Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra in Bollywood and the latest one is introducing Ananya and Tara into the movie business. Directed by Punit Malhotra, it is slated to hit the screens on May 10.
