Varun Dhawan is gearing up for his next film Sui Dhaaga– Made In India and the actor is leaving no stone unturned to promote it. Varun has been treating us with several stills and videos from the movie. Recently, while promoting the make in India concept of the film, the actor visited a local barber shop to perfect his look for Sui Dhaaga. Taking to his Instagram page, he posted a video wherein he is seen cycling way to a local barbershop called Bharat Saloon which is located in Mumbai’s western suburbs. He captioned the post as, “Mauji ki mooch bhi hai made in INDIA #SuiDhaagaMadeInIndia @yrf @SuiDhaagaFi.”
In the video we can see Varun a little hesitant to get his beard shaved off at a local salon but the barber seems to be very confident. Notably, while he was at the local salon, the Badlapur actor started singing a song , leaving us wondering if Varun is giving us a sneak peek into one of Sui Dhaaga’s songs. Deccan Chronicle quoted a source, as saying, “Varun is starting the last leg of Sui Dhaaga shoot in Mumbai and he had to get into his Mauji look again for the film. Varun had a full beard and he had to shave it all off and get just the moustache and for this, he decided he would go to a local barber shop.”
On a related note, Directed by Sharat Katariya, Sui Dhaaga– Made In India is inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Make in India initiative. Varun and Anushka Sharma are all set to sizzle on-screen for the first time in the Sharat Katariya’s directorial. The film is slated to release on September 28.
