Gulzar announced he’s not returning to films:
“I don’t need to return to films because the ones who are walking ahead of me, whose fingers I am holding, they are Shilpa (Ranade), Meghna (Gulzar), Vishal (Bhardwaj). They are making good films, Vishal has made a film on children, Meghna had made films on relevant topics too. Let me sit back. They are making films which are better than me, cinematically.” Also Read - Bob Biswas: Chitrangada Singh Talks About Abhishek Bachchan's Pranks, Her Upcoming Projects and Much More

Deepika Padukone shared a personal story on facing pay disparity:
“There was a recent incident where a director offered us a film that creatively I liked. But then it came to talking about money, and I said that this is what I would charge. Then it kind of went back and forth. He came back and told me that he wouldn’t be able to afford me as he had to accommodate the male (lead). So, then I said ‘tata-goodbye’ as I know my track record. I know my worth. I know that his films haven’t been doing as well as my films have. So, it made absolutely no sense. I was okay to say no to that film based on pay because I thought it was unfair.”

Kangana Ranaut’s strong stand against Karni Sena:
“Four historians have certified Manikarnika… . We have got a censor certificate as well. Karni Sena has been conveyed this but they are continuing to harass me,” Kangana said in a statement. If they don’t stop then they should know I am also a Rajput and I will destroy each one of them.”

Kartik Aaryan finally asked Sara for coffee:
“As far as coffee date is concerned, Sara’s mother (Amrita Singh) has told her that ‘you should stop talking about it because you have said it many times and now let Kartik react on it’. So, I can just say that I am ready for a coffee date. Sara just needs to tell me the time and place.”

Abhishek Bachchan talked about being complacent:
“To call a spade a spade, I was part of huge films, huge budgets, huge stars, huge collections, everything was hunky dory. I had no pressure on me because I was standing behind somebody else who takes all the pressure. I was making lots of money and so were those films…it became very easy. I didn’t come to industry to stand behind anyone.”

Swara Bhasker revealed it took her years to realise she was sexually harassed:
“It took me 6-8 years to realise when I heard someone else talk about their experience of harassment at a panel discussion like this. I was like God, what happened to me 3 years ago was actually sexual harassment at workplace! I never realised it because like you said, I escaped. Because the person did not touch me and I managed to ward it off.”
