Even before the buzz around her upcoming film Student of The Year 2 hit the grapevine, debutant Ananya Panday was in news for her apparent closeness with actor Kartik Aaryan. She was seen on a late night date with him and soon speculations were rife that they are dating each other. In her latest interview with Mumbai Mirror, Ananya opened up on her equation with Kartik and didn’t shy away from saying that she does find him ‘damn cute.’ During her appearance on Karan Johar‘s chat show Koffee With Karan season 6, Ananya was asked to comment on Sara Ali Khan‘s wish of going on a date with Kartik. This time, when Sara’s name cropped up, Ananya maintained that she would like to go on the date where ‘Sara and he are going.’ The 20-year-old pretty girl went on to say that her feelings for Kartik shouldn’t be a big deal for anyone as she’s just 20 and it’s normal for a girl of this age to develop feelings for a person. She was quoted by the daily saying, “I’m 20 and it’s normal to have a crush on someone. The actor is working on her next film with Kartik. It’s a remake of the 1978 Hindi film Pati Patni Aur Woh. Ananya mentioned that the team has completed the first shoot schedule and it’s been wonderful. She revealed that she’s lucky to be working with Kartik in her next film. Student of The Year 2 hits the screens on May 10. It also features Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria in the lead with Ananya. The film is directed by Punit Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
