Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s beautiful date night turned into a nightmare after the bouncers and the paparazzi near the restaurant had a major fight. It happened so that Shilpa and Raj were at Bastion Restaurant in Bandra and they were greeted by a couple of photographers who clicked them as soon as they came out. However, things became ugly when the bouncers hired by the restaurant started beating up the papz till things turned violent.  The restaurant owners assured legal action against this. As promised, the bouncers have been arrested for injuring the paparazzi for no good reason.

Talking about the same, senior inspector Ram Chandra Jadhav of Khar police station told PTI, ” Based on the complaint filed by victims, a case has been booked under IPC section 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means), RW section 34 (common intention), against the two bouncers.” Even Shilpa Shetty took notice of the entire issue and issued an statement. She said, ” OMG, appalled and disappointed at the way these photographers were bashed up. Really unnecessary. I even posed for them before I left and the next thing I knew, they got into fisticuffs violently when I left. Feel bad for the paps they stand for hours sometimes for a shot. We wonder what made the bouncers take such a drastic step against the papz. The restaurant owners in the question clarified that they had outsourced the security and will soon change the agency after this shocking incident. The restaurant often gets to see popular celebs and hence beating up the papz is of no use. Well, it is good to see that the steps were taken really quickly.
