Actress and mommy-to-be Chahat rose to fame as Ayesha in the most popular show Bade Acche Lagte Hain which aired on Sony TV. The actress got hitched with Farhan Mirza in February 2013 and the actress is expecting her first child. The mommy-to-be is quite active on social media and was seen posting cute pictures of her baby bump. Recently there was a baby shower function organized for the 29-year-old actress by her family. The ceremony took place at her house along with her hubby, close relatives, and friends by her side.
This is the third baby shower for the mom-to-be in the past few months. Actress Vahbbiz Dorabjee, Tanvi Thakkar, Shraddha Jaiswal and many other female friends threw a baby shower party for Chahat. Talking about the baby shower pictures, the mommy-to-be Chahat looked amazing in black gown and wore a ‘mom to be’ stash.
In an interview to a leading daily, the soon-to-be-mother said, “I am very happy and I have always love kids and always wanted to have one of my own. Boy or girl, I will love my child with my whole heart. But yes, I love daughters. If I don’t have a daughter, I will adopt a girl child in future.” The mommy-to-be further spoke about her husband would be a hands-on father, to which the actress replied saying, “He is more motherly than I am. He is the one who spoils all of them. I have pets at my house and my husband spoils and pampers them to the core.”
The actress was talking to the Times Of India, she was quoted saying, “I am keen on having a daughter, but Farhan thinks it’s going to be a boy. After being mother to four pets, I am now ready to embrace motherhood for the fifth time.” The baby is due in the second week of September.
