Do Aur Do Pyaar vs LSD 2 Box Office Collection Day 5: Do Aur Do Pyaar starring Vidya Balan, Pratik Gandhi, Ileana D’Cruz, and Sendhil Ramamurthy received positive reviews from celebs and moviegoers alike. Shirsha Guha Thakurta’s directorial didn’t get the deserved reception at the box office. Coming to Dibakar Banerjee’s film ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2‘ has already tanked domestically.
The movie made an estimated Rs 28 lakh nett on day five, according to a report on Sacnilk.com. The portal states that in only five days, Do Aur Do Pyaar made an estimated Rs 2.89 crore nett in India. Day 1 saw business of Rs 55 lakh nett, and days 2 and 3 saw business of Rs 85 lakh and Rs 95 lakh, respectively. The movie made Rs 26 lakh on the fourth day.
Twelve years have passed since Kavya Ganeshan (Vidya) and Anirudh Bannerjee (Pratik) married following a three-year courtship. Both are seeking the ideal opportunity to confess to one another about their extramarital affair. While Anirudh had found love in Nora, nicknamed Rosie (Ileana), who eventually becomes pregnant with his kid, Kavya is constructing fantasies with a gorgeous photographer named Vikram (Sendhil). Moreover, Kavya and Anirudh decide to rekindle their romance rather than admit the facts.
As per a Sacnilk.com report, LSD 2, directed by Dibakar Banerjee and backed by Ekta Kapoor, earned an estimated Rs 8 lakh on day 5. The film also collected Rs 8 lakh on day 4. The film has earned roughly Rs 81 lakh nett in India, so far. It earned Rs 15 lakh, Rs 10 lakh, and Rs 40 lakh on day 1, day 2 and day 3, respectively.
Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2 stars Uorfi Javed, Mouni Roy, Paritosh Tiwari, and Abhinav Singh in addition to Swastika Mukherjee and Bonita Rajpurohit. Like the first movie, this one includes three chapters and presents Dibakar’s perspective on modern online society. The heroine of the first narrative, Like, is a woman going through a transition named Noor (Paritosh Tiwari). A trans woman named Kullu (Bonita Rajpurohit), who works at a metro station and is also a YouTuber, is at the centre of the second tale, Share. In the third tale, “Download,” a teenage gamer named Abhinav Santosh Singh gets into problems because of his insatiable need for more followers.
