On Friday, Drashti Dhami, known for her iconic role in the serial Dil Mil Gayye, shared the good news with her fans and revealed that she and her businessman-husband Niraj Khemka are expecting their first child. The couple announced the good news through a social media post where the actress is seen flaunting her baby bump. The duo shared a beautiful yet humorous video featuring their entire family members.
In the joint video shared by the couple, Drashti and Neeraj are seen holding wine glasses and a banner with the text, “Could be pink, could be blue. All we know is that we are due. October 2024.” The rest of the family members are seen playing with pink and blue balloons. Sharing the post, the couple wrote, “In a galaxy not so far away, a tiny rebel is joining our crazy tribe. Please send love, blessings, cash & french fries our way. #BabyKOnBoard. We can’t wait for October 2024!”

On the other hand, Mouni Roy also took to the comment section and wrote, “Yayyyyyyyyy. My heartiest congratulations to both of you. Drashti and Neeraj Khemka tied the knot in February 2015. Coming to Drashti’s work front, the actress made her debut in the TV industry with the popular 2007 show Dill Mill Gayye. However, she gained massive recognition for her role in Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. Later, Drashti also featured in serials including Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil, Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, and Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka among many others.
