After actress Tanushree Dutta accused veteran actor Nana Patekar of sexual harassment on the sets of Horn Ok Pleassss in 2008, many women from Bollywood and outside came out with their #MeToo stories.

The movement has gained momentum and is also getting support from B-town celebs. Aamir backed out from Mogul, a T-series film, until director Subhash Kapoor, who’s accused of rape by an actress, is found non-guilty. Akshay Kumar has cancelled the shooting of Housefull 4 after allegations against Nana and Sajid Khan.

Hrithik Roshan, whose upcoming film, Super 30, is directed by Vikas Bahl, tweeted, “It is impossible for me to work with any person if he/she is guilty of such grave misconduct. I am away and have access to only sporadic information. I have requested the producers of Super 30 to take stock of the apparent facts and take a harsh stand if need be. this is not to be hushed or brushed under the carpet. All proven offenders must be punished and all exploited people must be empowered and given strength to speak up.”
