Guardians Of The Galaxy lead star Chris Pratt and Scary Movie franchise star Anna Farris, who were married for eight years, have decided to call it quits. So naturally, the news has come as a sudden shock to their fans.
Chris posted a statement on Facebook which read: “Anna and I are sad to announce we are legally separating. We tried hard for a long time, and we’re really disappointed. Our son has two parents who love him very much and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible moving forward. We still have love for each other, will always cherish our time together and continue to have the deepest respect for one another.”
Chris, 38, met Anna, 40, in back 2007 on the sets of a comedy film, Take Me A Home Tonight, a genre both have excelled at in the past. Before all the Guardians Of The Galaxy fame, Chris Pratt played the goofy happy-go-lucky Andy Dwyer in a sitcom called Parks And Recreation where he received recognition. Anna Farris is another crowd favourite for anyone who’s seen the horror – comedy spoof franchise Scary Movie. Their son, Jack, was born in 2012.
