In her complaint, Muskan Nancy James has accused her husband, Prashant Motwani, along with his mother, Jyoti Motwani, and his sister, actress Hansika Motwani, of multiple offences, including domestic violence, cruelty, and financial exploitation. She claims that their interference in her marriage caused her emotional distress, damaging her relationship with her husband.

According to the FIR, Muskan Nancy James’s mother-in-law and sister-in-law not only created emotional turmoil but also made unreasonable demands for expensive gifts and money. She also alleged that they were involved in fraudulent property dealings. Furthermore, she revealed that the ongoing domestic violence, and emotional and mental strain, led her to develop Bell’s Palsy. In a statement regarding the FIR, she confirmed, “Yes, an FIR has been registered against Prashant, Hansika, and Jyoti Motwani. I have sought legal assistance now. At this point, I am not at liberty to comment further.”
