While our beloved nation is celebrating its 70th Independence day with much pomp and reverence we thought of certain things our entertainment industry aka Bollywood needs to be from. From the people to their idiosyncrasies, Bollywood grapples with a certain glorious mess. Frankly speaking these very people or their personality traits give the much needed tadka to our colorful showbiz but we think we need independence from these elements which on spiking only create…well disturbance. Ram Gopal Varma’s rants:
We know how this man stirs up things like only he can. If his films are not enough to give us nightmares (We refuse to believe that Ram Gopal Varma is the same man who has given us delectable movies such as Rangeela, Satya, Company, Bhooth and Sarkar to mention a few) RGV resorts to some nasty tweets to take on anything and anyone as innocuous as Karan Johar. The maverick director is now back (not exactly) with a bang with his outing Verrapaan but his agenda is clear. Whatever he does is either to amuse, entertain or irritate. Very often he resorts to doing things to be in the face of Bollywoodwallas. It seems Ramu gets these vicarious pleasures of sorts by unleashing his antics. Ranveer Singh’s Upholstery:
This dude has become the ultimate toast of the season for a reason. Initially, only his hyper energy got him attention but with movies such as Looter and Bajirao Mastani the man has shown that he has tremendous acting potential to him and the proverbial thehraav he generates is unmatched. But going by what he chooses to wear—from those flashy hats to velvet shoes and from the zulu print shirts to lousy trousers—Ranveer should definitely put a theraav to his sartorial sense. While girlfriend Deepika Padukone has emerged on Bollywood marquee as one of the most gorgeously dressed stars, Ranveer continues to give us visual nightmares with what he chooses to wrap himself with.
Sunny Leone’s acting skills:
Ever since she has made her presence felt in the big bad world of Bollywood, Sunny has been in tremendous demand for what she does best—to seduce us to the hilt! Leone knows how to unleash her sexuality to create sensation and make men weak in the knees. A very shrewd businesswoman that she is Sunny knows what sells and what has been working in her favour. Her items songs are hot favourites and everyone wants to have a piece of her. Why then does the hottie resorts to doing something as frivolous as….acting! Ooops by that we don’t mean moaning and groaning…we mean serious business. These days Sunny is honing a set of skills such as dramatising, emoting and shedding copious amounts of tears. Hey! Leave that job to a certain Shabana Azmi. Sunny darling you must bring your best game to the table and sashay into our naughty fantasies on which you have developed that colourful portfolio on (to rake in unbelievable moolah!)
KRK’s nasty reviews:
Kamal R Khan may not have managed to catapulted himself to become an actor that he had desired to become with his film Deshdrohi, but the man has certainly achived that one enviable thing—stardom!! How did he fetch it? With his most blunt and fiercely honest reviews, of course! From films to frills on the skirts of our leading ladies, this man has his expert take ready on everything! He spares no one! His language is so rich, the narrative so vivid and choicest adjectives he uses ( Two rupee actor/film, anyone?) make him a youtube star. But this Independence day we need freedom from KRK and his buffoonery. Period!
Rakhi Sawant:
We have had enough of her, haven’t we? As if her motoumouth was not enough to give us instant creeps Rakhi sawant chose to wear a tight costume with our honourable Prime Minister’s image slapped on her posterior! The more we complain about this lady, the more sick we are likely to become. So let’s not put up with the Rakhi Sawant mania anymore and just get freedom from her gimmicky!
