Rani Mukerji is back to the big screen today as Hichki hits theatres. The actress plays the role of a teacher – Naina Mathur who has a nervous system disorder – Tourette Syndrome. In the film, Naina is struggling to get a job despite her degrees because of her involuntary tics. She then finally lands a job where she has to teach 14 students who come from an economically weak background and who are struggling to be accepted. The relationship between Rani’s character and the students is the crux of the film. Aamir Khan, Rani’s close friend who is currently in Jodhpur shooting the final schedule of Thugs of Hindostan watched the film at a theatre and shared his review of Hichki. While talking about Rani Mukerji’s Hichki, Aamir took to Twitter and wrote, “Just saw one of the most enjoyable films in a long time! Great story! Amazing performances! Superb film!
