The Festival of Colours is here and everyone is gearing up to make the best out of the long weekend. While most celebrities enjoy Holi every year, some chose to stay back indoors for the festival. Some are worried about the damage the colors may do to their skin and others cite the ill effects of the colors on the environment. So, lets have a look at all the celebrities from the B-town who will not be playing Holi this year
1. Ranveer Singh:
The Bajirao Mastani might be one of the most fun-loving actors of the industry, but do you know he hates the festival of colours. 2. Priyanka Chopra:
Priyanka Chopra’s is one busy girl and is shuffling between the countries to meet her commitments. The Quantico girl will not be around to celebrate Holi this year and has took to twitter to explain the same. 3. Kareena Kapoor Khan:
The beautiful Begum will be having a quiet Holi this year. The Ki and Ka actress wants to concentrate on work this year and hence will not be a part of the festival celebrations. 4. Deepika Padukone:
Bajirao’s dearest Mastani will also be giving the Festival of Colors a miss this year. Though the actress is a huge fan of Holi, she would be available in the country to celebrate the festival. 5. Alia Bhatt:
The bubbly actress is high on the success of her recent release Kapoor & Sons. But she has no plans to play Holi and prefers to stay away from colors every year. Alia has a very sensitive skin and these chemical-laden colors lead to skin allergy.
6. Karan Johar:
KJo last played Holi when he was 10-years-old. The filmmaker has a strange equation for not celebrating the Festival of Colors. Karan took to twitter to reveal why he doesn’t love to play Holi. He posted, “I was 10 and someone threw a rotten egg at me on Holi!!!! That was one of my last happy holi’s’…i wish you colour and an egg free holi!!!” Ohh! Now you know what killed his enthusiasm for the most loved festival of the country.
7. Ranbir Kapoor:
The Balam Pichkari boy is also not a big fan of the Holi festival. Yes, the actor hates wasting water and was pretty uncomfortable shooting for the Holi track from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. 8. Arjun Kapoor:
Very much like Kareena Kapoor, Arjun will also not celebrate Holi this year. The duo is busy promoting their next Ki and Ka which is slated to hit the silver screen on April 1.
9. Dia Mirza:
