Hollywood Actor Chris Hemsworth Overwhelmed With Traffic in India, Calls it ‘Beautiful Chaos’
Chris is in India to shoot for Netflix film Dhaka.
Australian actor Chris Hemsworth, who is well known for his portrayal of Thor, was overwhelmed when he saw the traffic in India. Chris, who is in the country for shooting of Netflix film Dhaka, was travelling by vehicle in Ahmedabad when he got stuck in traffic. When he saw cars, auto-rickshaws and bikes criss-crossing one another without paying heed to traffic rules, he had just one description for it: ‘Beautiful Chaos’.
Chris, who was sitting inside a vehicle, posted a video of the chaos outside to his Instagram story on Sunday, and made ‘beep beep’ sounds as cars passed his vehicle and criss-crossed one another.
In another video captioned “Traffic is flowing”, he can be heard saying, “It’s a good system this one… Here we are at the intersection, and no one is really moving, except our car going on the wrong side of the road… What is happening? Oh, the tuk tuks are out… The horns are on.”
Earlier, the actor had posted pictures on his Instagram page in which he thanked the people of India, “Beyond thankful for the kindness and generosity that the people of India have extended to us while making our little film here.”
The actor is also likely to shoot in Mumbai for the film, an action thriller, which will revolve around the kidnapping of an Indian boy. It follows Chris as his character Rake, who has been hired to liberate a kidnapped Indian boy, being hidden in Bangladesh capital, Dhaka. Physically brave but an emotional coward, the man has to come to terms with his identity and sense of self. The movie also marks the directorial debut of Sam Hargrave.
