Producer Aditya Chopra has pulled an amazing casting coup by signing Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff for his upcoming action film together. Unlike his Dhoom franchise, Aditya has not pitted A-list actors against each other but two actors as mentor and protégé. This is apt as Tiger has often referred to Hrithik as his biggest inspiration and on top of it, their terrific dancing prowess is something that connects them. While people expected the two actors to clash against each other but reportedly Hrithik plays Tiger’s mentor in this action flick. However, in a statement to DNA, an insider said, “Hrithik and Tiger are not clashing against each other in the film. In fact, the two will be uniting to form a formidable duo. Hrithik plays Tiger’s mentor in the film, who guides him. The film is certainly going to have a lot of song-and-dance as it stars the two actors who excel at dancing and we sure can expect some awesome numbers in the film. The source told the daily, “There will also be a few out-and-out dance numbers with both of them showing off their dancing skills. Now that it is clear that Hrithik and Tiger are not going to clash in this action flick, you may wonder who is playing the baddie in the film. Well, a third actor will be roped in for that role. Yes, the source added, “People expected it to be a face-off between Tiger and Hrithik, but there will be a third actor playing the villain. The team is finalising another actor for that role now.” The film, that is all set to go on floors next year in April, also features Vaani Kapoor as the leading lady. The film will wrap up by October and is slated to release in January 2019.
